Truworths asking for money after account is settled

So my account was in arrears for a while and handed over. Financial status change recently and I went to the store in Uitenhage, paid and settled the account. After that I phoned the call centre to update the payment. They apparently requested a settlement letter to be received by me within 48 hours after. It's been 3 weeks and nothing has been received on my side. Instead I'm still getting emails from the lawyers to pay my account.

Can you guys please update my details and send me the paid up letter please tog. I don't have energy to call you again.

Ooh and the lady that assisted with payment at the store threw me with the slip and my card, without saying a word and ran to the back where they had a chatting gathering. I had to ask her myself if I needed to sign anything or if we are done. She just laughed and carriwd on working. She is an African women light in complexion. I missed her name.
