Truworths arrogant

I don't know why TRUWORTHS is so poor with Service compared to their Sister Company Woolworths the Service sucks, I ordered Perfumes online. 1, 1 Perfume was inflated in terms of price the order was canceled (Item out of Stock) while on the website its available selling X 2 the price 2, 1 item shows as delivered however no trace.

This is poor service at its best and they must be challenged CONSUMER PROTECTION OMSBUD AND THE DEPARTMENT OF TRADE INDUSTRY.

That's the route I will be taking against this arrogant business if I don't get remedy I'm prepared to challenge up to CONSTITUTIONAL COURT LEVEL.
