Truworths are the WORST !!!!+

Disgusting service received at Truworths Mdantsane City Mall. I have never been this outraged.

Went to Truworths today to return a blazer i bought 3rd May 2024 cash and i did not fit it at the store i got it from as i knew my size but when i got home and fitted it on it was too small. I could not go back to the store to return it as i had to leave for CPT the following morning. I got back to EL yesterday and went to the store today, with the slip, the bank card i used to make the payment, the unworn blazer and was RUDELY told buy the consultant at the till that, SORRY its expired and there is nothing we can do its over 30 days . Find someone at home or neighborhood you can sell it to!!

Had she asked why i only returned today, i would have shown her my medical records showing that ive been in hospital for a flippen spine surgery and had to be bed ridden after that to allow for recovery.. but noooo Truworths doesnt give a rats ass. They have their money and i am stuck with an item i cannot wear and use..

Hope u get sticking rich from the 1600 u have just ****** from me. !! Pathetic.. i will never ever buy anything from you people again and will be closing off my acc with u too!! Sies!!!
