Truworths are ***** and rogues!!! Don't support them!!!

I have opened my account in late April 2022. Due to working times I was unable to go to the store and purchase stuff because I work 7 days a week. So my purchases are all online.

Truworths then sends me an sms that I can start using my account and purchase online because they had a sale going on. So I purchased a hand bag for my wife. The bag was delivered and I paid my account before the due date.

Today I tried purchasing online for a wallet for me. They declined me and said I must go to the store to authenticate myself. I don't understand how they let me do my first purchase and then after that tell me I can't I must go to the store.

This is so inconvenient having that I work 7 days a week 8-5pm. They are ridiculous and should not be supported!!

They are huge ****s!! Do no open accounts with truworths! They will rob you after paying your account!!!
