Truworths are a bunch of *******
Items marked as 2 for R360. When paying suddenly I must be part of their loyalty program. No customer service at all. They just don't care. I will never buy from them again

22 Aug 2022, 09:54Had a call from the manager of the shop. They apologized. That does not change the fact that stock are advertised of the hangers as 2 for R360 and when you get to the till you have to pay R460. This is dishonest pricing, and an apology does not change that fact.
