Truworths anti***** company

I had an account with truworth which I settled during lockdown, i received an sms few months later to notify me about my installment due, I was so surprised, because I payed the total of the money I was owing Apparently my account was **********ly used, to bring the money owed to the shop up R14, 380.00 which was done on the 31July 2020 and 01 August 2020 I called truworth ***** department to escalate my frustration, they asked me to send the affidavit, copy of my identity card, and truworths card, and the declaration form, together with the account statement, I did sent them, my account was frozen immediately when they conduct their investigations The results were very good, I received a call in September to tell me that my account was cleared and credited R14380.09, I am now a happy customer of truworths again I thank everybody from call Centre to the investigators for doing their job accordingly, I hope they found the perpetrators to teach them a lesson
