Truworths - ****** and unfairly treatment

Yesterday I went to Truworths Ballito Junction, I had the worst experience ever! I was on my lunch break and needed a bag for my brother, So I went to the store to get one, I was quite glad that the line was empty there was just 1 Guy at the till point, also there was only 1 cashier at the till, So I go into the line where it says Queue here, awaiting for my turn. there was a lady who was standing out of the line so when she saw me getting into the line she then moved into the correct line, now she is behind me.

Anyway The Cashier then tells me that I must now wait because that lady was here before me, There is a big sign telling you where the actual line is, I Did the right thing by standing in the correct line and then that Cashier makes me to wait and sees to the lady behind me, even after informing her that I am on my lunch break and Im in a rush she never cared, She treated me so unfairly,

I just feel that this was just being ******!

The lady behind me was black, the cashier was black and I am Mixed Race, Mixed with Black and Indian but I look Like an Indian.

So If i had been black, and the person behind me was Indian, it would be a different situation altogether and when she even assisted me, she took so long after knowing im on break and is rushing, I mean if you cannot do your job Properly, Then leave, dont make other peoples lives miserable.

she also gave me alot of attitude and I am a regular at that store, But I dont feel Like I want to ever visit that store again.

Its just absolutely pathetic!

She had no name badge and when asked for her name she did not even respond, But I do know who she is, I should have videoed everything that occurred and posted that!

I am honestly so upset with this service.
