Truworths and their collecters

Hi, I have a problem of which I don't know how to solve. I had an acc with Truworths that I opened a few years back that I was paying well until I lost my job , I then fell behind with my payment after that I used to receive call after call from Vvm until I started working again and started playing my acc every month until last month when I decided to pay an outstanding balance of R1060 on the 2/5/19 but I'm still recieving sms saying I'm still owing, so I went to Truworths Newcastle mall today to find out what's happening and I showed them the slip. They called their offices. But there was no answer. As I'm sitting here now I don't know what's happening with that acc .
