Truworths and RTT disgusting service!!!

I placed an order with Truworths Online 2 weeks ago. It's Festive season and I understand maybe there will be a slight delay in the normal 7 day delivery time frame. Little did I know its been 2 weeks and no order yet. Calling Truworths customer service is a joke because there is nobody higher than a call center agent. Marciano who works at the online ordering promises me everyday, I will receive my order. Lauren who gave the RTT waybill number put me on hold only for the call to disconnect eventually. The waybill number for RTT does not even exist and it looks like Jerome who supposedly is the manager at RTT is on holiday already. If this is how TRUWORTHS TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS then I don't think I want to spend my money at their stores. I will warn everyone about my terrible experience. Not sure if I will ever get my order!!!!
