Truworths and MBD treat clients like trash

MBD has been calling me on my main number that I have used for years. For some odd reason I opened a bank account for my daughter and they started calling me on my daughters number. I have been nice and telling them to call me on my main number and actually asking the consultants to give me a call on my number, guess what, this morning a consultant actually said, How on earth would we get this number - with a very disrespectful tone. Another one called in and and demanded I speak to them after I asked them to call me on my number. I would like MBD and Truworths to send me a recording of those calls and let me know if clients should be addressed in this manner. I wanna post these on my Tic-tock account. Me being unable to pay doesn't mean I have to be spoken to like child.
