truworths and identity does not care about customers

i dont knw how many ppl is struggling with this, but me personally feel it is wrong they call me 5 times a day a repeatedly get sms from them they handed me over to the collection services because i missed 1 payment. because of level 5 lockdown i did not work so pls tell me how am i suppose to pay, i have accounts at foshini edgar but identity and truworths wants their installments for a month the whole south africa did not work.i will pay my accounts of at these shops and i wil close them u will lose a good loyal customer
