TRUWORTHS AND ARA :(

Again we are here, all because of your chosen EDC - ARA who are not willing to communicate either via telephone or via email. I settled my account as arranged with ARA, sent through proof of payment to Crystal as advised by their consultant. I requested for an acknowledgment of receipt on the 27th of July 2020. Did i get one? Definitely not. I have been calling them since then and it seems as if no one is willing to acknowledge receipt. Please bear in mind that this is not a sold account but handed over. Can someone from Truworths kindly sort this non communication and get back to me.
