Truworths... Am tired..

I have account with truworths and I have been paying my account every month. I got retreched in December 31/2019. I went to them and I told them I am not working I also give the my letter of retrechment. I told them I will be paying 300 each month and I kept my promise but yhooo. I am getting demanding massages and my account is on arrers. I don't see any changes as am paying the 300 we agreed on... Can I please get help it's lockdown now but am making means to pay my account. I also I have foshion account I did the same thing with truworths. My foshion acc is up today and I am paying 300 so they are super good in terms of negotiating with customers
