Truworths am really disappointed

Ive never dealt with such a horrible service on my life especially coming from truworths, how can you hand over our accounts to such a mediocre company called easton_berry collections, they are nowhere to be found they phones are not even working, i just paid off my account and it's soo difficult to get a hold of them to get paid up letters. A lady called amanda at the truworths legal department i called her 5 times everyday till this day i couldn't get help, what a service i won't recommend anyone to have an account with truworths you will regret for the rest of your life
