Truworths allowed someone to do ***** personate me without verifications

i called to follow up, client says he will be updating the firmware once he finds time Someone went to Jabulani mall to Truworth store and opened an acount worth R4000 using my identity.I have never lost my ID number nor gave it to anyone.That person bought from to stores Jabulani and tembisa. No credit check was done to that person but insteaad, they were easily given everything at a go without verification. I am on a process of buying a house and I was infoirmed not open an account anywhere,this clearly will ruin and ***** my chances of owning a house. I want this sorted asap before taking legal actions.
