The Truworths in Alberton City is a ****, I’m so Livid right now, I went to Truworths to pay for my aunt’s account using my bank card, I swiped R1 523.00 first then it declined which I was surprised because they was money in my account, I swiped again for the second and third time and it declined again, I then decided to pay cash, as I was walking out I decided to check my bank app and found out that the money was paid, I went to the bank to find out what the problem was, then the bank made a correction and reversed the money, then a day later at around 2pm Truworths debited my account which put my account on a minus and I went to the bank and they said they have nothing to do with that I need to go inquire with the store because they have reversed the money that they had to be reversed ,now I have been going to Truworths a couple of times so they can pay me back my money and it’s now a problem because they are not paying me back they keep telling me stories without any help, this is such an inconvenience especially the fact that I can’t put any of my money in that card because they may keep debiting it (*****ing it)
