Truworths agent insensitivity

My complaint is concerning a call I recieved this morning from one of truworths consultant Mr M Tauyagae... Call reference number ***..the agent was insensitive and very aggressive in tone when speaking to me i explained I was in hospital and he blatenly made it clear to me that it has nothing to with him he showed no sensitivity towards me at all and all he wanted to do was get he's point accross

I've been a client for over 8 yrs and don't think the treatment I'm getting is worth my retention....
