TRUWORTHS ACCOUNTS TOTALLY USELESS

I am being harassed for R76 an amount that is not even due. I pay double into my account every month and when I skip one payment I get phone calls constantly with threats of my account being handed over. My 6 months payment term is not even exceeded. I feel the call centre consultants cannot read statements and they are not looking at the fact that I am actually in credit. If you want to harass a person so badly get your facts straight first and maybe hire staff that have some accounting experience. I am totally disgusted and have asked that my account be closed as Truworths don't respond to my email and my request for a manager or supervisor to contact me direct.
