Truworths Accounts Dept. unhelpful
Called the accounts department this morning for assistance. After verifying my details the consultant continued asking details saying she needed to update my information and refused to assist me with my request. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I have been a client for over 25 years.

22 Jul 2021, 14:40My issue is NOT with the verification process. My issue is with the consultant disregarding my request to try and update my details. I have NEVER had such a unprofessional experience with Truworths. All I want is for my installment to be recalculated.

15 Sept 2021, 06:38Now 2 months later. I find that my account has now been blocked so I can’t do online purchases. I suspect it would also be blocked for in store purchases. And this because Truworths have decided they want to update my details after more than 25 years. I could understand this if I was a bad payer, but I’ve never missed a payment. Time to close my account and purchase elsewhere.

Now 2 months later. I find that my account has now been blocked so I can’t do online purchases. I suspect it would also be blocked for in store purchases.
