Truworths Accounts department

During lockdown my payments were not allocated, then they listed me on ITC. Eventually after my review here, that was sorted. Now they are just leaving my name there, after promising it will be removed. Its now been 6 months.

My local store in Lephalale Mall gives excellent service, but they cannot help with this issue (they did try)
