TRUWORTHS ACCOUNTING NOT ADDING UP AND MISLEADING INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION BEING DISCLOSED TO OTHERS

So Truworths gave me a credit facility of R3500.00 I then paid R1500.00 in July after having a rough month or two of not paying even with interest for May and June the amount was not over R3500.00 my balance should have came down to R2000.00 Then I paid again but my balance is still R3005. how is this possible they further hand my account over to VVM then to MBD while I am all for handing over an account if the person is in arrears kindly rectify the persons information, ensure that your not misleading the person by giving them diffrent balances via email and sms and then not updating my credit profile when I have paid and making it seem like I did not then harrassing me then on top of that handing me over and then your MDB Attorneys does not know what my actual balance is listen I am not going to leave this unless Truworths themselves can come to me with answers I will report this issues to the last person who will be willing to listen I did not get a statement for months then only two statements this year and no its not gone to spam I dont have them plus to put the cherry on the cake I send them a query about the above and they respond to me with another customers name and details and advising that I have been handed over to RL Daly when in fact those details are not what a way to break the POPIA Act cause now that poor ladies information was sent to me and not her and my query has not been answered the fact that they have not paid any mind to the content set out in my email shows how ******** and blatantly they choose to ignore my query this is the worst service ever I dont have an available credit facility which means I should be paying off just what I used but even the interest rate is R45 plus minus so it does not justify why the balance is not coming down even if you do charge for the legal fees for the call furnish me with a breakdown and reconciled statement which I have asked for so that I can go and work it out on whether or not your attorneys MBD and VVM actually billed as per the court tariff and not just a thumb sucked amount which they cannot justify am going to take legal action and also inform the POPIA of them furnishing me with another persons private information pertaining to her account.
