Truworths’ Account System Makes Zero Sense!!!

Truworths’ accounting setup is absolutely illogical. I get that the monthly amount due is based on your highest previous spend — but surely, when your balance drops, that figure should adjust accordingly? Even with both 6-month and 12-month payment plans, my current balance is relatively low, yet the “minimum due” is so high that my account will be fully paid off in just three months!

So tell me — what’s the point of having payment plans at all if the system ignores them? They’re quick to threaten interest charges if you don’t pay in full, but where’s the reward or discount for settling early? Makes absolutely no sense. Frustrating beyond words.
