Truworths account stress
<p>Good day</p> <p>I had an account open under my name (**********ly)I was told to make a affidavit stating that I don't have an account with them.</p> <p>Now I'm getting calls from MBDCS saying I should pay up the owed money. </p> <p>I just found out now that I've bin put to credit bureau because of this </p> <p>Please help...</p>

We acknowledge your frustration and immediately liaised with the relevant department in this regard. We were informed that whilst your dispute was logged, the required documentation was not received; as such the investigation could not be concluded.
Subsequent to this, we can verify that you have re-sent the documents, which were received by our consultant and forwarded to the relevant department. They will further conduct an urgent investigation and provide you with the outcome no later than Friday, 17 February 2017.
