Truworths account still OPEN! After paid up for years!
I have requested to close my Truworths account many time over the years. This account has been inactive for years and the card has been cut up along time ago. Please can someone contact me to close the account permanently and I do not want it showing up on my credit report as an active account even though paid up. I want it CLOSED , and removed off my credit profile and by the bureaus.

Further to this, we can confirm that your account has been closed and that a letter confirming this will be sent to you systematically.
