After 2weeks and phoning everyday to say this isnt the contact for who evers this account is now i get this - account dept is useless- and just because i answer doesnt mean its my account - mine get paid by debit order so maybe now they will fix or i will be forced to close down my account and return the debit order then this will be legit.
