Truworths Account *****

Its a heinous crime, really. After paying a minimum of approximately R400 a month to Truworhs, I paid off my entire account. i used the account to purchase a warm trench coat (notoriously quite expensive) and I paid it off after the next year. Then I still kept receiving messages saying my account balance was R330 and that I owe money. My question is, how? I would like Truworths to show me the list of purchases and I want them to come clean about whether or not someone else is using my account. I have been harassed by debt collectors to a nominal amount and I will not stand for this bulll****. Get f#cked, Truworths.
