Truworths Account and MBD

This is Tseke Tladi. I had an account with Truthworths. I went to the store in Jane Furse on the 18 May 2024 to request and pay ALL OUTSTANDING AMOUNT. Later on I saw a message that I owe R69,96 as outstanding. It was paid on the 18 June 2024. Later on a message was sent through to me from a company call MBD, Tel: *** that I owe certain amount of money. I called them and spoke to Nombuzo, using the number ***. It was discovered that my account was long settled. However, to my surprise, I received another message on Wednesday, 07 August 2024 that the "last pmnt received on your TRUWORTHS account was on 18JUN2024.Make an immediate payment to improve your credit bureau profile.Bal: 293.21, MBD, Tel: ***.***". The messages and/or the said transaction is disturbing me and my credit (in financial settings).
