Truworths account

I paid my truworths account when requesting a paid up letter they said that my account was handed over and gave me a number. I phoned the number and they said to me there is a balance they have to request a statement. Up to date no reply to my email or any statements received. Just time and airtime being wasted with no actual feedback.
