Truworths Account (*****)

I have been getting SMS's from Truworths that Im owing, at first I didn't take it into consideration since I dont have any account with them. When I got the second sms I then called the number on the sms I told them to remove my number from their system the lady said they will do that. Last month I got the sms again, I went to clear score to check if they made an enquiry to my surprise Truworths is there on my profile showing that my account is in arrears. I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH TRUWORTHS. I called this morning and spoke to a lady by the name of Samantha when she checked with my ID number she said an account was opened in Witbank I dont even stay there. This better be sorted out urgently. How can someone opened an account without Truworths doing credit checks on them or even confirming if they are working or not. I need this thing sorted or else I'm taking it to my lawyers
