Truworths acc paid up but they refuse to furnish a paid up letter

I paid up my Truworths account in August 2020 and my credit profile still remains affected. I sent them emails and called them several times to send me a paid up letter and arrange that my credit profile is updated.

This is frustrating and distorting my credit profile. I need this fixed asap
