Truworths abuse

Truworths has handed me over to MBD collection agency after I was retrenched, though I have insurance on the account. I was contacted by MBD to let me know I am handed over. The consultants at MBD have been harassing me with calls daily though truworths sent me a confirmation email to say the necessary documents for retrenched were recieved and the insurance will pay out. I am really fed up with how truworths has been handling my case. Somebody better resolve this, I can't take the abuse anymore
