Truworths ABSOLUTELY Pathetic!!!!!!

I would not even give them a STAR!! This is absolutely absurd. They call to harass me on one day maybe 6-11 times odd. When they don't get a hold of me due to work - they call my mom 4-5times!!! I have made payment - they will send a message that they received it and thank you BUT STILL call to harass you on the utmost ABSURD times!!! What about emails? I will pay up my account and I WILL CLOSE my account because this is just NONSENSE!!!

I have asked to speak to a manager - again " sorry madam, it is not possible", so, so convenient for them!!!
