Truworths - ABSOLUTE DISGUSTED IN YOUR MANNER

I have been a loyal customers for many years older than my children. I have been affected by COVID and South Africa lockdown financially. I have fallen behind. Your offices ( collections) contacted me and i agreed to pay an amount on the 1st. I AGAIN made an efford and paid DOUBLE what i agreed just to receive a call from a ARROGANT employee at your collection desk with no empathy for SA current situation ( as she clearly still has an income) and her only consideration for my situation was to say i will be handed over!!! Thank you for your understanding to SA current situation...not to your customers fault and being the worst company to employ staff that is trained to handle it!! I will pay this account AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM TRUWORTH SOUTH AFRICA AGAIN!! Wake up to your consumers struggle as Truworths is the only company that i have received this absolute incompetance from!!
