TRUWORTHS A WRETCHED COMPANY !
Truworths is the most wretched & revolting business to deal with. They pursue clients through nefarious online means, offer accounts, and once they have secured your business they harass you to the hilt with announcements, ads & posters via email and phone sms`. Once you do purchase anything they then harass you daily through the same means to pay the account and that despite the payments that you have made….albeit their failure to reconcile their admin..I urge all Truworths customers to report them to The National Consumer Commission (NCC) who is the primary regulator of consumer-business interaction in South Africa, and created by government to ensure economic welfare of consumers. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF DOING SO !! WE MUST STOP THEM IMMEDIATELY.
