Truworths

So my mom has an account with truworths that she has been paying well before she went on pension, so now she is at home getting government pension and she made an arrange with Truworths to pay a certain amount seeing that she is not getting her usual salary, each n everyday she gets a call from truworths demanding money, dont get me wrong she has to pay her debt however the harrasment from truworths is uncalled for, she gets 1800 from pension n they( truworths )wants her to pay 3grand to cover her amount in areas, firstly they say there is no credit life over the account n they kept on increasing her credit limit even if they could see her age, again dont get me wrong, I'm not saying she must not pay but truworths must be very realistic , how do u expect a pensioner to pay way over her monthly grant, what about food, municipality n stuff so she must not eat because of truworths, they must stop harassing her, she will make payments of an amount that she can afford. The treatment from Truworths after she has been paying her account very well is embarrassing and she did inform them that she is no longer working hence she made an arrangement to pay a certain amount, this is causing so much stress each day she gets a call from Truworths
