TRUWORTHS

Quite a few CLOTHING retail stores now entertain LAY BYS - - I have made use of this service at both WOOLWORTHS & TRUWORTHS - on many occasions BUT I have to say TRYWIRTHS is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT - - when cancelling this oricedure at WOOLIES thete is no charge no sour face just a refund of the deposit made IN FULL - BUT at TRUWOTTHS - its the complete opposite - - I am met with a sour face & a sigh plus I am charged a percentage if the FULL PURCHASE PRICE fir the cancellation - - WHY IS THIS NECESSARY & especially in these times as TRUWIRTHS is NOT cheap merchandise - hence the intriduction of a LAY BY system - - TODAY I cancelled an item to take a preferred item. & thus was my experience at CRESTA MALL TRUWORTHS. I have been a most LOYAL CUDTONER for over 50 years at this stilore & I must say its not appreciated at all - - lets see if I get ANY RESPONSE to this COMPLAINT AT ALL.
