Truworths 55% weekly increase on outstanding balance.
Due to the effects of Covid-19 I haven't paid my Truworths account. Truworths then hands me over to their Legal (East-berry Collections). Last week East-berry advised I owe Truworths R125 and now within a week East-berry Collections calls this morning (12-08-2020) and says that I now owe R180 (R55 increase) and that they passing judgment against me. Tried contacted Truworths and they not interested. 55% increase weekly

12 Aug 2020, 17:27I'm asking you to assist in dealing with Easton Berry as they are not interested in my responses. They have added R55 on my outstanding balance owing to Truworths within a week. Last week My outstanding was R125, now its R180 - This reflects the attitude of an institution that does not want the outstanding amount settled with a weekly 55% increase. They are your representative and they take instruction from you not me. As your client I'm asking you to intervene unless you feel this behaviour is acceptable?
