Truworths

I wrote earlier this year regarding the Truworths account charging me for the cell phone.

They then reverted and mention that they were charging me for a plan in my phone which was suppose to lapse in 2019.

The hilarious part is that it is clear I was billed since that time for this plan but only pass a credit of R32.99.

I still am here to request my statements then from 2019 to current. Most creditors take advantage thinking we will not take a fine comb to run through these financials. Yes we may not at times have sufficient time and resources to go through, but when something of irregularity slips, only then we start to raise our eyebrows. It is thought that we are unable to read the statements.

I would like to close this query within 14 working days. Should I not get any response I will also open a case against Truworths under incorrect billing and ********* business operations.
