Truworths

I placed an online order on the 30 with 5-7 days shipping but 11 days gone by is has not arrived yet ,I tried to contact truworths as they gave me rtt tracking number to tell them has been scanned to floor for the whole 5 days with no movement but with no help help they told me I should wait for they sms they well notify me when it has arrived like I was bothering ,mind you can only cantact them via whatsapp and they always answer with protocol rules that if you need help with should cantact truworths head office which never answers ,I ended up calling rtt which they told me their contract is with truworths I should contact truworths despite my efforts my order has not arrived yet
