I app**** for an account online and was approved my green card ID book now has a missing number because it was in washing machine i app**** for a new ID and was advised I can not provide a temp ID , it takes long to get ones ID and I was advised application will expire soon all i want is account to be active then IL collect my card when i get the original copy or i must wait for 3 months to reapply once expired
