I purchased a Hallmark watch 4mnts ago.I removed some links to fit my wrists a week later i saw rust on the watch I took it back store Pavillion store rude sales persons and Manager.I purchased it online how was I to take it to pietermarburg store.Next step was to do emails (no response)Contacted customer service /online service during the 4months only thing they can say is they will escalate.A week ago go a call from pietermaziburg and a rude guy was say that he has footage the watch was opened and examined instore which is a ****.I requested the footage but received email that they can't exchange watch or release footages. Communities please buy from tfg / bash stores best customer services returns even courier they can arrange to pick up.
