Truworths

I am absolutely appalled with the service I received from truworths. My account was approved on the 13th I made 2 online orders both cancelled because the verification department said they couldn't reach me. Eventually I called them and was assisted by a Leona Hans she requested I send her bank statements which I did she did not approve as the statements was not up to date I then resent them. I had to follow up only for her to tell me she is not happy with my statements and she is closing my accounts. I am not able to log into my online profiles and no one is willing to help me. I'm disgusted to say the least
