Truworths

I really unhappy about Truworths I order online last week the 21-11-24 after a whole weekend I get a sms that my order will be delivered today the 25-11-24 and it says it will be delivered before 5pm now it's almost 7 pm where's my order is it even coming I need a explanation for this cause I called truworths 4 times today and asked why it hasn't arrived yet and if they can see or contact the driver to know more information but they said they don't have the drivers infromation and can't see when my order will be arriving but it will arrive today they said its almost 7pm why hasn't it arrived yet
