Truworths

Truworths has a funeral cover deal with Hollard which is sickening. Hollard collects funeral cover money via your Truworths account. I wanted to cancel my Truworths account and Truworths said they cant cancel it because of the Hollard funeral cover that is linked to it. They said i must call and cancel that cover with Hollard on my own and once its cancelled then my Trutworths account can be cancelled.

I managed to cancel the Hollard funeral cover early August. To my surprise truworths has just billed me for september for the same funeral cover. Truworths must stick to selling clothing and forget about funeral covers because they dont give any support instead they tell you to call Hollard. I am gatvol with them and will never buy from them ever.
