Truworths
Visited Loch Logan Waterfront Bloemfontein branch yesterday. I used my own sanitzer as I have a severe reaction to certain sanitizers. I was chased out like a dog. "leave our store immediately". Asked why? I used my own sanitizer. I was shocked. Neither the Mimosa Mall nor Northridge Mall EVER said I am not allowed to use my own sanitizer. Is Truworths going to supply customers with masks of their choice as well? Policy was the excuse. I requested to see the policy, eventually left because I cannot wait half an hour for a policy. I am closing my account with Truworths TODAY.

08 Feb 2021, 11:58I am not impressed with your reply. I have SEVERE reactions to hand sanitizers therefore I use my own. As per Government regulations, my sanitizer contains 70% alcohol. At your other branches in Bloemfontein, I show my sanitizer to the security and explain my situation which is totally acceptable. Is Truworths going to pay is I must be hospitalized due to an allergic reaction or for a visit to my general practitioner?
