Truworth Stores, no accountability for their failures.
After three repairs, I received the watch yesterday the 25th June 2018 and this morning it had stopped working again and the needles were out. They lost my box along with the receipt and they refuse to help me any further. How careless can it get.

As advised in the response to your previous post received, as well as by the respective Store Manager, the mentioned watch has been sent to the relevant supplier for repairs. We confirm that you were also advised that the watch should be returned to the store within the next 3-4 weeks, and depending on the feedback received from the supplier, a decision regarding the outcome to your query will be made.
Management at the respective store has followed the correct procedure, and we thank you for your patience in this regard. As soon as feedback is received regarding the outcome to your query, it will be communicated to you without any further delay.
