Truworth Selling Refurbished Cellphone

On friday the 21st February i bought a cellphone, and the following week the phone couldnt switch on the screen when i charge it, i realised the issue is that the phone doesnt charge and when i took it to the shop, we checked the phone and indeed the fault was confirmed and they replaced it for me, we tasted the new phone in the shop and it was charging and the lady advised me not to wait up until the phone battery is fully drained, i need to charge it atleast at 5% of which i did that on saturday night, however on monday morning the battery was completely drained and when i charger it, it just vibrate to indicate that it connected to the charger howver it was not charging, the fault is the similar with the previous phone. I then took the fone to the shop and they confirmed that the phone has the similar fault but they wont replace it because i scratched it and they will hv to take it for refurbishment. I didnt have the knowledge of the scratch and since it have the similar problem it means they just selling faulty phones to consumers, i told them that i nolonger want anything with the phone and i wont take it even if it come right because its two phones with the similar problem and now they insisted that i need to take the phone which i dont want. I left them with everything and they need to refund my account but they dont want, also the area manger of Truworths is aware of this incident but they forcing a faulty phone one me. Worse part i bought it with my Truworth account and now my monthly installment has increased
