TRUWORTH ONLINE - DON'T DO IT
Never again will i order online - over a week later and my goodies still did not arrive. They are so slow - i am angry, as i ordered jewelry to wear to my son's wedding, had i known i would not have ordered on line. Now it is too late. I leave today and there is no hope of getting my stuff. So beyond disappointed and will never ever again use Truworths for an important occasion. It is the worst online experience i have ever experienced. Slow beyond belief.

06 Oct 2020, 10:25so after much complaining - my item arrived today - yes i ordered 4 items but only one arrived .... apparently the others are not in stock, but Truworth didn't find the need to tell me. Now too late to go try find / make another plan for my Son's Wedding!!! - Oh and the best of it - when i enquired would i at least be refunded. it takes 7 - 10 working days to refund !!!! All in All this is a very bad experience and i sincerely doubt you will ever find me in a Truworth store again never mind online - this has completely put me off purchasing from you guys again.
