Truworth - NO service

i emailed truworths to request assistance to add them to online recipients and they rep**** indicating they are added on public recipients with no account number provided. i added and paid my account, 4days later i receive a call that i have not paid my account, i emailed them back with proof of payment and requested they get back to me, to date am still waiting to hear from them.
