I purchased an item from Truworth Furnishers which is an online store and I made payment in full. They have a phone number and website as well as an address. They kept messaging and calling me about payment not being received however as soon as they received the payment there was no feedback. I was told that I would receive tracking details but non was forthcoming and the item has not been delivered. I think i might have been ****med
